Wanchai Phromma
Chiang Mai, Retired
"I had been putting off looking into my pension for a couple of years because I found the whole thing quite daunting. The eligibility review was thorough and the person explained everything twice without being asked. I came away understanding what I was owed and how to claim it."

Siriwan Rattanakul
Lamphun, Former Government Employee
"The mediation process took a little longer than I expected, but I understood why — they were being thorough on our behalf. The outcome was reasonable and I felt we were heard properly. I would come back if another matter arose."

Noppawan Thongchai

"After my husband passed, I did not know where to begin. The team at Kittikorn guided me through the survivor claim step by step. They were patient when I needed extra time, and they made sure I understood each document before signing anything."

Kraisorn Saelim
Mae Rim, Self-Employed
"I was told by my previous employer that my contributions from 2011 to 2015 had not been filed. Kittikorn found the records, confirmed the gap, and handled the dispute. The process was not quick but it was thorough and professional."

Pimchanok Laohawong
Chiang Mai, Teacher (Retired)
"The eligibility review found a dependant credit I had not been claiming for three years. The fixed fee was very reasonable given what was uncovered. I appreciated that nobody tried to sell me additional services I did not need."

Thanakorn Charoenwong
Chiang Mai, Manufacturing Sector
"Straightforward and honest. I contacted three offices before Kittikorn and the others either did not specialise in pension matters or quoted hourly rates I could not budget for. The fixed price here made it easy to say yes."

Case Summaries
Three situations we helped resolve. Names have been changed for privacy.
Case A — Missed Entitlement, Chiang Mai, 2025
Challenge
A retired factory worker in her mid-sixties had been receiving a monthly pension for two years but suspected the amount was lower than it should be. Her contribution history was spread across three employers and she had no clear record of the totals.
What We Did
We gathered records from each employer via the Social Security Office, compiled a complete contribution history spanning eighteen years, and cross-referenced it against the payment she had been receiving. We identified a calculation shortfall and prepared a formal correction request.
Outcome
The monthly payment was adjusted upward within six weeks of submission. Back payments covering the two years of underpayment were also issued. The process took approximately eleven weeks from start to finish.
Case B — Survivor Claim, Lamphun, 2025
Challenge
A widow in her late fifties came to us two months after the death of her husband, a long-term government employee. She had been given a list of required documents by the office but was unsure how to obtain several of them and had not been able to progress the claim on her own.
What We Did
We identified the full document list required, assisted her in obtaining records from her husband's former employer, translated and arranged the documentation, and submitted the claim on her behalf. We followed up with the relevant authority at each stage.
Outcome
The claim was approved within approximately eight weeks of submission. She received both the monthly survivor pension and a lump-sum death benefit. She told us she felt supported rather than burdened by the process.
Case C — Employer Dispute, Chiang Mai, 2025
Challenge
A man in his early sixties discovered on reviewing his Social Security Fund statement that contributions from one employer — covering almost four years of employment — had never been remitted to the fund, despite being deducted from his salary each month.
What We Did
We compiled evidence of the deductions from payslips, formally notified the former employer in writing, and submitted a complaint to the Social Security Office with full supporting documentation. We represented him throughout the authority's review process.
Outcome
The employer was required to remit the outstanding contributions along with applicable penalties. The contributions were applied to the client's account and his projected pension entitlement was recalculated accordingly. Total duration: approximately fourteen weeks.
