About Kittikorn

Kittikorn was established in Chiang Mai with a single purpose: to make pension-related legal support accessible to people who need it most — older adults approaching retirement, families managing a loss, and those caught in a disagreement with a pension authority they do not fully understand.

The office opened on Thanon Chang Khlan after years of watching families struggle through processes that felt cold and complicated. Our founders believed that with the right guidance, delivered slowly and without pressure, most pension matters could be resolved without added strain.

We work across three core areas: reviewing pension entitlements, mediating disputes between claimants and institutions, and helping families secure survivor and dependant benefits after bereavement. In each case, we move at the pace of the person we are helping — not the pace of administrative timelines.

Our team is small and deliberate. We take on cases where we are confident we can genuinely assist, and we say so clearly when a matter falls outside our scope. That honesty is part of what makes working with Kittikorn feel different.

Our Standards

These are not policies on a wall. They are the ways we actually work, day to day.

Qualified Practice

All advisors hold relevant professional qualifications in Thai law and maintain continuing education in social security regulations.

Document Confidentiality

Client documents and personal data are kept strictly confidential and stored securely. We do not share information with any third party without your knowledge.

Transparent Pricing

Fees for each service are agreed upon before any work begins. If a matter becomes more involved, we discuss any change in scope with you first.

Plain Language Policy

We do not use legal jargon unless absolutely necessary, and when we do, we explain it immediately. You should understand every step of your own case.

Realistic Timelines

We give you honest estimates of how long processes take and update you regularly. We do not overpromise on timeframes.

Compassionate Conduct

Many of our clients are going through difficult life events. We approach every interaction with that in mind, adjusting our pace and manner to suit each person.

Pension Legal Support in Northern Thailand

Chiang Mai sits at the heart of northern Thailand and has a large and growing population of retirees — both Thai nationals drawing on their years of contributions to the Social Security Fund and those navigating the complexities of government pension schemes. Kittikorn works with people across this region, helping them understand what they are owed and how to pursue it.

Thai pension law touches on the Social Security Act, the Government Pension Fund Act, and various ministry-level regulations that change periodically. Keeping current with these frameworks is part of what our advisors do continuously, so that the advice you receive reflects the current state of the law.

Families dealing with the loss of a pension-holder often face a separate and unfamiliar set of forms and procedures to claim survivor benefits. Our experience with these processes means fewer delays and less confusion during an already difficult period.

Whether your matter involves a dispute with an employer over withheld contributions, an appeal of a rejected pension application, or the need to establish dependant entitlements, Kittikorn offers a path through that does not require you to become a legal expert yourself.
