• "User / You" refers to any individual accessing this website or engaging our services.
• "Service" refers to the pension legal advisory services described on this website.
• "Agreement" refers to the service engagement agreement entered into when you confirm a service booking and fee.
• "Content" refers to all text, documents, and materials on this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law. By engaging us, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Description

Kittikorn provides pension-related legal advisory services in Thailand, including pension eligibility reviews, dispute mediation, and survivor and dependant benefit claims assistance. Services are delivered in English and Thai and are available to clients located within Thailand.

Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline an engagement where a matter falls outside our scope or where a conflict of interest exists.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our contact form or engaging our services
• You agree not to misrepresent your identity, circumstances, or documents
• You agree not to use this website to transmit harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent content
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of documents provided to us for case work

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and design — is the property of Kittikorn Legal Services. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of this content without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for each service are fixed and agreed in writing before work commences. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due at the time of service agreement unless a separate schedule has been agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of engagement.

Refunds: Where a service cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued. Where a client withdraws after work has begun, any portion of work completed will be billed proportionally and the remainder refunded. Government filing fees, once submitted, are non-refundable.

7. Service Delivery Terms

• Work begins only once the agreed fee is received and the service scope is confirmed in writing
• Timelines are estimates and may be affected by third-party processing times at government offices
• Any significant change in scope will be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds
• Confidentiality of client information is maintained throughout the engagement and after its conclusion

8. Disclaimers

The information on this website is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Engagement of our services creates an advisory relationship for the specific matter agreed upon.

We cannot commit to specific outcomes in any pension matter. Decisions by government authorities or pension bodies are outside our control. Our role is to represent your position clearly and thoroughly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including government processing delays, third-party failures, or natural events).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Kittikorn Legal Services against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, the provision of inaccurate information, or any unlawful use of our services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Where we terminate due to a breach of these Terms, fees for work completed remain payable.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any written service agreement, constitute the full agreement between the parties
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
